Eligibility/ Educational Qualification

There are two entry points for the students to join as cadets, i .e School and College / University.

Senior Division: Senior Division ranges from students of Intermediate colleges and extends up to universities. As per present practice the cadet life of these cadets lasts as follows:

Male – up to four years.
Female – up to four years.

Junior Division: Junior Division comprises of cadets from class eight. Students of schools in the junior division may join from Cadet-ship is compulsory for two years in junior division. They have the scope to discontinue as junior cadet and re enter as senior division cadet in intermediate level or higher.
