Southeast Bank Limited has an excellent reputation as one of the leading banking institutions of the country providing diverse range of financial products and services to its customers by a team of highly competent and dedicated professionals. The bank is looking for a few young, skillful, creative and self-motivated individuals for the post of Trainee Officer and also looking for some young, energetic and self-motivated citizens of Bangladesh to strengthen its Cash Department in the position of Trainee Assistant Officer (Cash). To apply for the position, the candidates require to fulfill the following criteria –

Position: Trainee Officer Requirements

  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: The aspiring candidate must have post-graduate degree in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum GPA 4.00 in a scale of 5.00 in SSC and HSC, and minimum CGPA 2.80 or above in a scale of 4.00 in Graduation or Post-graduation level. However, either in Graduation or Post-graduation level one CGPA should be 3.00 or above. In the traditional system of academic result, the candidates should have minimum 3 (three) First Division/Class and no 3rd Division/Class.
  • COMPETENCIES: The aspiring candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and working knowledge of computer applications.
  • AGE: Age not over 30 years as on November 30, 2017 and maximum 32 years for the children of freedom fighters.
  • COMPENSATION PACKAGE: The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 years with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.35,000/- for the 1st year and Tk.40,000/- for the 2nd year. After successful completion of probationary period. He/she will absorbed in the position of “Officer” in the Bank as per prevailing scale of pay. The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk.300/- to the effect that he/she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his/her probationary period with certain conditions.

Only short listed candidates shall called for written test.

Position: Trainee Assistant Officer (Cash) Requirements

  • ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: The candidates should be a Graduate from a recognized university having no 3rd Division/Class in academic attainment.
  • AGE: Age not over 30 years as on May 31, 2017 and maximum 32 years for the children of freedom fighters.
  • COMPENSATION PACKAGE: The selected candidates shall on probation for a period of 2 (two) years with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.18,000/- for the 1st year and Tk.20,000/- for the 2′ year. After successful completion of probationary period, he/she will absorbed as “Assistant Officer (Cash)” as per prevailing scale of pay. The selected candidates shall to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk. 300/- to the effect that. He/she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his/her probationary period with certain conditions. The selected candidates shall to work at Cash Department at any Branch office of the Bank anywhere in Bangladesh.
