The Ministry of Food is the government ministry of Bangladesh responsible for National Food Policy. The Ministry of Food was originally the Ministry of Food & Civil Supplies in 1971 after the Independence of Bangladesh. It was renamed to Ministry of Food & Relief and then renamed again as the Ministry of Food & Disaster Management. In 2012 the government of Bangladesh reorganized it as the Ministry of Food and another separate ministry created called the Ministry of Disaster Management.

The following conditions must be followed in order to fill application forms and participate in the examinations:
- Candidate age limit should be with the description of circular. However, in case of divisional candidate, the age limit is relaxed for 35 years and the sons and daughters of the freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters and the age limit for physical disabilities is 32 years.

How to Pay Application Fee
SMS Transmission Rules and Examination Fee Payment: Apply online and application according to the instructions by submitting the photo and signature after the submission of the application and the application preview with the computer will displayed. When the application submitted accurately, the candidate will receive a User ID, a photograph and an applicant’s copy signed. Print or Download the applicant’s Copy Candidate. The receipt of the entry will communicated at http://mofood.teletalk.com.bd website or at the Ministry of Food website: www.mofood.gov.bd and on the candidate’s mobile phone via SMS (only eligible candidates) will informed in due course.
