Name of the Position: Head of Division 

  • Grade: Vice President/ Senior Vice President/ Executive Vice President.
  • Required for:  NRB Division, Research & Planning Division, SME Financing Division, Corporate Banking Division and General Services Division.
  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Banking industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Head of Division for the mentioned Division.
  • Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.

Name of the Position: Head of Branch

  • Grade: Vice President/Senior Vice President.
  • Required for: Chittagong region.
  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in banking including 5 years experience as Head of Branch.
  • Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.

  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institution. For IT professional Post Graduation in CS/CSE/ICT/IT/ETE/Software engineering from a reputed university.
  • Minimum 8 years of banking experience including minimum 2 years of experience in International Division/ Mobile Banking Division/ Information Technology (IT) Division.
  • Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.

Name of the Position: Professional Accountant

  • Grade: Senior Executive Officer/ Principal Officer/ First Assistant Vice President.
  • Required for: Financial Administration Division, Risk Management Division and Research & Planning Division.
  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: Qualified Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant with through knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate Tax (Income Tax & Double Tax Avoidance Agreement), VAT Laws and rules & regulations and regulatory provisions.
  • Applicant should have experience in any financial institution. Aware with accounting & financial rules including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), Bangladesh Standards on Auditing (BSAs), Bangladesh Auditing Practice Statement (BAPS) and related issues.

Name of the Position: Software Developer

  • Grade: Executive Officer/ Senior Executive Officer.
  • Required for: IT Division.
  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: Post Graduation in CS/CSEACT/IT/ETE/Software engineering from a reputed university.
  • Certification on HTMUCSS/Bootstrap/Query.ajax/ Struts/ Spring/Hibernate/JSON/JavaScript/I0S-Android SDK-mobile/Jasper Report/Web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in software development/ programming language in any financial institution.
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying system flow, data usage and work process, investigate problem areas, follow the software development lifecycle.
  • Vendor certification in Microsoft/Java Platform will be given preference.

Name of the Position: Law Officer

  • Grade: Executive Officer/Senior Executive Officer/ Principal Officer.
  • Required for: Central Law Division.
  • Educational/Professional Exposure:  LLB (Hons) and LLM from a reputed university. Bar-at-Laws encouraged to apply.
  • The candidate should have minimum 05 years of experience in legal Division of financial institution and experience of handling the District Level Courts/ High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
  • Expertise in dealing with Court Cases, preferably cases relating to Banking Business i.e., Artha Rin Suits, Criminal Case and also capable to handle the cases/suits at High Court Division as well as Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.

  • Required for: General Services Division.
  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: MSc/BSc in Architecture from a reputed university.
  • The candidate should have minimum 03 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in building Design Concept including exterior and interior designing/ 3D Visualization and computer-aided design applications.

Name of the Position: Civil Engineer

  • Grade: Assistant Officer/ Officer.
  • Required for: General Services Division.
  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
  • The candidate should have minimum 03 years of experience in managing construction sites and timely execution of project.
  • Experience in coordinating with architecture & engineering consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of Branch network and maintaining present infrastructure of the Bank.

Name of the Position: Electrical Engineer

  • Grade: Assistant Officer/ Officer.
  • Required for: General Services Division.
  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.
  • The candidate should have minimum 03 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience In circuit design, power distribution, cables/wiring/harnesses, load management, displays, and electrical hardware connector methods in support and of requirements.
  • Procurement/ maintenance of generator, air conditioner, substation and other electrical equipments required for Bank.

Name of the Position: Automobile Engineer

  • Grade: Assistant Officer/Officer.
  • Required for: General Services Division.
  • Educational/ Professional Exposure: BSc/ Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a reputed university/college.
  • The candidate should have minimum 03 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Procurement/ maintenance the vehicles of the Bank.

Common Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 03 (Three) years of experience Is required In the present grade for applying to the upper grade.
  • Ready to work in any place of the country.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer Operation: i) Good knowledge in latest operating systems, and ii) Office Automation such as MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
