Department of Narcotics Control Job Circular 2020 PDF
The Department of Narcotics Control is the main government agency responsible for narcotics control in Bangladesh. It established in January 1990 under the Ministry of Home Affairs and is related to National Narcotics Control Board. The agency is responsible for issuing licenses for the import, exports, sales, transport, etc for drugs in Bangladesh. It also carries out raids against illegal narcotics. The department has its own intelligence branch.
Vision: Drug addiction-free Bangladesh created. Mission: Reduce drug misuse in the country gradually by strengthening the enforcement and legal process of drug abuse and illegal trafficking in the country, creating public awareness against drug addiction and ensuring the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts.
Condition to Apply
Age: Applicant must be between 18 and 30 years of age on 01/12/2013. Boys and girls of freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates are 32 years old. Evidence is not acceptable in case of age proof.
- Children of freedom fighters/children of freedom fighters/children of freedom fighters/children of martyred freedom fighters and orphaned people and physically challenged people of all districts can apply. They have to submit certificates of appropriate authority.
- Candidates working in government / semi-governmental / autonomous organizations/corporations should apply within the prescribed time period for obtaining permission from the appropriate authorities and must show the license during the oral examination.
- In the case of recruitment, the rules and regulations applicable to the existing rules and regulations of the government will be followed.
- No TA / DA will provide for participation in written, practical and oral exams.
- If any information given by the candidate or documents submitted is fake, false or false. During the examination, the original copy of all the certificates should be displayed. The attested photocopy of all certificates filled with copies of the filled copies should be submitted. The Authority reserves the power to cancel the candidate’s candidature when the wrong/fake papers displayed.

Department of Narcotics Control Exam Date and Time
- During the oral examination, the original copy of the certificates issued by the competent authority according to the latest official policy of the children of the children of freedom fighters children/children of freedom fighters/freedom fighters children/children of the child of freedom fighter, orphan, disabled, Ansar and VDP and tribal children have to submit certified copies.
