Education Qualification
According to the BCS Rules (Age, Qualification and Examination) educational qualification for general cadres is-
A Honours or Master’s degree from any recognized university or a degree that requires at least 4 (four) years of education after passing Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) Examination or equivalent. Provided that a candidate having more than one third division/class in his academic career shall not be eligible.
If a candidate appeared at any examination that is threshold level for BCS examination she/he will be able to apply, provided that all written examination would have been completed by the deadline of submitting application.
All appeared candidates have to submit their original or provisional certificates as education qualification from any university to the commission before the viva-voce.
Educational qualification for technical/ professional cadre depends on respective cadres. Generally a graduation degree is needed for being a candidate in professional/technical cadre.

After complete your application you will see a Application Preview. Then you must be upload your photo and signature in accurate place. Your photo will not be acceptable up to (Length×Wide), 300×300 pixel, photo file size mustn’t be acceptable up to 100 KB. Signature Size Should Be 300×80 Pixel and Maximum File Size 60 KB. Than you will see Your Application Properly and Submit button. After submit application, applicants must be pay application fee.

Download Admit Card
After complete your application and payment fee, then you can download your Admit card. For this, you just follow the link below. Then give your User ID, Password. Then you will see your admit Card download link. Click the download button and Print your Admit Card.

Viva Voce 39th BCS Circular 2018
Those who obtain 50% marks in Written test, they will qualify for Viva voce. You will interviewed board constitute of commission. Viva board has made consisting BPSC board member as Chairman.
