You can apply directly to collect Application Form from BAF Information & Selection Centre, Old Airport, Tejgaon, Dhaka. Here you have pay Application Fee in favour of the Central Non-Public Fund, BFA, for a machine-readable bank draft / pay-order (Non-refundable) worth 150 TK. The Application Form must collect from 8 AM to 2 PM (minimum of 1 day before the date of the test date) every day. Bank draft must be payable in TBL, Agrani, Sonali, Rupali and Janata Bank any branch of Dhaka area (Mohakhali, Banani, Kawranbazar, Farmgate).
