Academic qualification for Management Trainee Officer / Executive Officer (On Probation) post

• MBA/ MBM/ Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Management, MIS, HRM, International Business, Economics, Public Administration, English, Law or B. Sc Engineering with the following results.
• SSC and HSC: Minimum GPA-4.50 in scale of GPA 5.00, Graduation & Post Graduation: Minimum GPA-3.00 in scale of GPA 4.00.
• Compensation package: The selected candidates shall on probation for a period of 01 (one) year with a handsome compensation package. After completion of probation period he/she will absorbed as “Senior Executive Officer/ Executive Officer”.
